Our Story
Started in Pearland, still run off a truck and a tape measure
Forged Fence & Deck is owner-operated out of Pearland. Kyle Kluender answers the phone, walks the property, prices the job and runs the crew that builds it. That's deliberate — most of the fence complaints in this area come from a sales rep quoting one thing and a sub crew building another.
We are builders first: fences, decks, pergolas and covered patios. When a build calls for a welded drive gate frame, an ornamental panel or a steel railing, our crew does that custom welding for the project instead of farming it out. We do not run a walk-in metal fabrication shop.
Everything gets set on galvanized steel posts in concrete, because that's the piece that decides whether a fence lasts eight years or twenty-five in Gulf Coast clay.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Forged Fence & Deck is licensed, bonded and insured with liability and workers' compensation. Certificates go to your HOA or property manager on request.
Who actually shows up to build my project?
Our own crew. The person who measures and prices your job runs the build — no sales rep hand-off and no rotating subcontractors.
Do you have a metal fabrication shop?
No. We are a fence, deck, pergola and patio cover builder first. When a project needs a welded gate frame, railing or steel panel, our own crew does that custom welding for the job we're building.
Why do you use steel posts?
Gulf Coast clay holds moisture against wood posts and rots them from the ground line up. Galvanized steel set 24" or deeper in concrete removes that failure point.
